Job Summary:

  • The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP of Education & Events and Director of Events, handling inquiries, updating website content, processing donations, and providing email support.
  • The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of Education & Events and Director of Events, including handling inquiries and updating website content.
  • Process donations utilizing NetForum and provide email support, responding to member and non-member requests within 24 hours.
  • Assist in the maintenance of timelines and team tasks, ensuring established deadlines are met.
  • Support logistics, planning, and execution of organization events.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word (Mail Merge experience a plus), Excel (basic skills), and Microsoft Planner.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
