About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at MN International Enterprises LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction staff on quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and report on progress to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct experience in quality assurance and control in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience with quality control software and systems, including Timberline (Sage 300 for Construction and Real Estate).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Fully vaccinated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
