Project Controls Engineer for US Embassy Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Engineer to join our team in Europe for the construction of the New US Embassy Compound in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of the NEC project office, including cost and schedule management, report drafting, and change order management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations of NEC project office related to project's cost and schedule
  • Perform full gamut of project controls report drafting and production
  • Prepare reports and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) and maintain a daily construction log
  • Review construction contractor's monthly application for payment and advise NEC Project Director of findings
Requirements
  • US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
  • US Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
  • Some Primavera Experience
  • 7 years construction experience
