Inside Sales Consultant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through various communication channels including email, phone, and text.
  • Follow up on outbound leads: online inquiries, previous customers, lease renewals, etc.
  • Handle all incoming calls following a proven script, and arrange sales appointments.
  • Gather information from clients regarding their vehicle interests or specific requests; accurately document each conversation in the dealership database.
  • Update and maintain customer contact details and any changes in the dealership database.
  • Reach out to existing customers regarding current marketing promotions.

Inside Sales Consultant - Qualifications:

  • Experience in call centers, collections, customer service, or sales and marketing is preferred.
  • Possess a friendly, engaging, and professional phone demeanor.
  • Strong computer and internet proficiency.
  • Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • No hesitation in making outbound calls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and motivated to succeed.
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
