Job Overview

Position Summary:
Porsche of Brooklyn is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring outstanding sales performance and customer satisfaction within the dealership.

The selected candidate will serve as the main liaison for customers, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience throughout the sales process.


Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation package for this sales role includes a base salary complemented by a competitive commission structure, reflective of the candidate's experience and expertise. Porsche of Brooklyn also provides a comprehensive benefits package that encompasses:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers upon their arrival and assess their needs and preferences.
  • Deliver knowledgeable and courteous service while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify and anticipate their requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales-related documentation.
  • Evaluate trade-ins and stay informed about market trends.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge regarding new and existing models as well as industry developments.
  • Foster customer satisfaction to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership objectives.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in automotive sales (experience with Porsche is advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of organizational goals, customer service principles, and effective sales techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CDK, DMS systems, Reynolds, or other digital/automation tools.
  • A valid driver's license and adherence to traffic regulations.
  • Basic computer skills and customer service expertise, with a commitment to maintaining all necessary Porsche certifications, completing daily tasks, and following up with both potential and existing clients.
