Raffles Butler Manager Job Description

The Raffles Butler Manager is a pivotal role at the heart of every guest experience at Raffles Boston. This key position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions. Reporting to the Head Butler, the Raffles Butler Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalize guest interactions to anticipate and meet their needs and wants.
  • Lead the delivery of the renowned Raffles Butler service and orchestrate curated experiences.
  • Collaborate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, spa, and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.
  • Work towards operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a butler with a strong background in front office, housekeeping, and guest experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain performance under high pressure, and excellent communication skills.
  • Deep understanding and acceptance of multicultural customs, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Results-driven with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work under minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of relevant software, including Property Manager System and MS Office Suite.
  • Prior knowledge of Opera Alice or other itinerary building software is preferred.
  • Work Authorization in the U.S. is required, as no VISA sponsorship will be provided.
