Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Event Staff to join our team at Angel Of The Winds Arena. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet guests and collect tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
  • Ensure guest compliance with outside food/beverage and camera building policies, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Usher guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the arena layout.
  • Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance to guests, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for IEC, reporting any unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Perform crowd control management functions, ensuring the smooth flow of guests throughout the arena.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits in the event of an emergency.
  • Monitor emergency exits and assist guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Move around to various positions/locations as event needs dictate, providing excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
  • Hand out materials to guests as needed for events, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow directions for all event procedures and safety standards, ensuring compliance with arena policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Exceptional guest and client service capabilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality required.
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible.
  • Ability to remain diplomatic and provide exceptional guest service in solving guest situations and answering inquiries.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs.
  • Employee is occasionally required to lift 10 lbs, unaided.
