Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Event Staff to join our team at Angel Of The Winds Arena. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet guests and collect tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
  • Ensure guest compliance with outside food/beverage and camera building policies, promoting a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
  • Usher guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the arena layout.
  • Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance to guests, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for all guests, reporting any unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Perform crowd control management functions, ensuring the smooth and safe movement of guests throughout the arena.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits and ensuring their safety in the event of an emergency.
  • Monitor emergency exits and assist guests with special needs, providing additional support and assistance as required.
  • Move around to various positions/locations as event needs dictate, ensuring a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
  • Hand out materials to guests as needed for events, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Follow directions for all event procedures and safety standards, ensuring compliance with arena policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
