Role Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with service vendors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Implementing preventative and corrective maintenance strategies for all facility assets.
  • Guiding store teams to align project initiatives with property management objectives and budgetary constraints.
  • Managing various systems including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical.
  • Assessing repair versus replacement needs while controlling costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

  • Basic technical skills and experience with property management.
  • 1-2 years of technical education in fields such as electrical, mechanical, or plumbing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating power tools and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain active throughout the work shift.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
