Retail Key Carrier Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Carrier to join our team at Marshalls. As a Key Carrier, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall success of the store, working closely with the store team to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers
- Act as a leader on the sales floor, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintaining confidentiality
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is prepared for business and that all tasks are completed according to company guidelines
- Partner with management to provide coaching and feedback to associates, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs, promoting a safe and secure environment for customers and associates
- Other duties as assigned
- 1 year retail experience, with 6 months leadership experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
- Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively coach, delegate, and follow-up on multiple people/tasks
- Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

This position has a starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
