**Job Summary**

Ryko Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Provide technical support and training to sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
