Job Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with a College Degree, OR
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
