Job Responsibilities- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes served.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen with a College Degree, OR
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
- Competitive hourly wage of $27-$32, based on experience.
