STK Steakhouse Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at STK Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing dishes from assigned stations and ensuring that all food products meet our high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes from station assigned by Chef/Sous Chefs.
- Execute all menu items for assigned stations.
- Understand and follow work safety and emergency procedures.
- Read food tickets accurately.
- Utilize standard recipe cards and plating guides.
- Maintain quality standards consistently.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Complete daily tasks and communicate departure with the Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef.
- Meet daily cleaning and organizational standards in storage and production areas.
- Perform all duties while following health department sanitation requirements.
