Position Overview:

As a key player in the Dallas, TX metro area, you will be part of a dynamic sales team at Mattamy Homes, a leading privately owned homebuilder recognized internationally. This full-time, permanent position requires an onsite presence and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive community business strategy, identifying effective marketing approaches and establishing partnerships with realtors to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of product positioning and assess the competitive landscape within the real estate market.
  • Generate traffic through strategic networking, leveraging relationships with realtors and referrals, while managing leads effectively through our CRM system.
  • Deliver an outstanding home buying experience by guiding customers through our community offerings and the entire purchasing process, including design, financing, construction, and closing.
  • Qualify potential buyers for specific communities.
  • Maintain regular communication with buyers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding throughout the sales and closing process.
  • Commit to achieving sales-related goals, participating in meetings, and providing necessary follow-up to facilitate a seamless home buying experience.
  • Meet established Customer Service performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or business is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • A business-oriented mindset, eager to embrace training and apply new knowledge effectively.
  • Ability to foster trusting relationships with prospective homebuyers to drive sales.
  • High energy, professionalism, and organizational skills are crucial, along with a solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant systems.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A Real Estate License is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bi-lingual candidates (English & Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
