Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chevy Sales Consultant to join our team at L0802 North Branch Chevrolet. As an Auto Sales Representative, you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase, creating a best-in-class vehicle-buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and store policies and services to customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
  • Track customers using store-specific management systems.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories, attending product and training courses.

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with in-vehicle, mobile, and desktop technology.
  • Take pride in your craft.
  • Be available and capable of handling multiple customers at one time.
  • Arrive early or on time.
  • Above all, you must be a team player, helping your team and accepting help.
  • Experience in automotive sales is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and working knowledge of computers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
