Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with the Estimating Department to review project features and develop a project schedule.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project engineers, superintendents, and other personnel to ensure project goals are met.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and submit quarterly cost revisions.
  • Communication: Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Closeout: Ensure all project closeout activities are completed, including final inspections and punch list completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
