Fitch Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional in Employee Communications to spearhead internal messaging initiatives. This position requires collaboration with leadership to design and execute communication strategies that resonate with the company's objectives.

As the Employee Communications Business Partner (ECBP), your primary responsibility will be to ensure that employees are well-informed about the organization's vision, objectives, and significant updates, while also highlighting key accomplishments within the broader Fitch Group.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive and trusted advisor, possessing a comprehensive understanding of the business and its workforce, and committed to delivering meaningful outcomes. This role is situated within the Employee Communications team of Fitch Group's Human Resources department.

  • Engage senior leaders as key communicators to enhance employees' understanding of Fitch's operations, involving them in strategic messaging and initiatives through various communication channels.
  • Curate and optimize content, manage internal communication platforms based on performance metrics, and deliver a strategic multi-channel approach.
  • Establish specific goals, track progress, and provide data-driven recommendations for ongoing enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing and executing internal communications, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in formulating communication strategies within fast-paced, global, regulated environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management and staff.
  • Influence leadership decisions with informed guidance on Employee Communications strategies.
  • Proficiency in utilizing diverse communication mediums and channels.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, adopt a data-driven approach, and integrate user feedback.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and surpassing expectations.
  • Capacity to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in employee communications within a global organization.
  • Experience in communications within a commercial or sales context.
  • Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment is a plus.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and provide and receive feedback confidently.
