We Are Seeking a Communications Strategist

Align Social Impact is seeking a talented and passionate Communications Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic communications plans for our diverse clients across various sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that make a real difference in the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, key messages, and effective communication channels.
  • Create compelling content across various platforms, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Manage media relations and build relationships with journalists and influencers.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communications campaigns and provide insights to clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful communications strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of media relations and public affairs.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be authorized for employment in the United States and have a valid passport.
