Position Overview:
We are seeking a Floater Member Service Associate who will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships built on trust, cooperation, and exceptional service. This position is essential in differentiating our organization within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Floater Member Service Associate, your duties will include:

  • Delivering outstanding service to all Members, volunteers, internal staff, and service providers.
  • Educating Members about our products and services to fulfill their needs.
  • Cross-selling various offerings, including RCU Investment Services and RCU Insurance Services.
  • Establishing basic products and services tailored to Members.
  • Addressing Member inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department for assistance.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of Member information by adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Processing Member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate cash and check balances, along with proper documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a retail sales or cash handling environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-oriented setting.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and doing the right thing.
  • The ability to travel as needed to various branches.

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, this role qualifies for a 5% Floater Differential and a Marin Differential of 15%. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
