As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, your expertise in evaluating, negotiating, and collecting outstanding account receivables will be crucial. Acting as the intermediary between clients and branches, you will foster positive relationships while achieving the defined objectives of our Credit Management team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Achieve the goals and objectives set forth by the Credit Management framework.
- Meet all performance metrics related to customer outreach and the collection of overdue balances for your assigned accounts through various methods, including phone calls, emails, and automated correspondence.
- Gather, assess, and prepare credit recommendations for the Credit Supervisor regarding necessary actions to recover overdue balances.
- Assist in negotiating payment plans and arrangements.
- Regularly communicate updates and concerns with the Credit Management Team.
- Collaborate with field operations to address and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
- Handle any additional requests for information, invoicing, and documentation issues raised by customers.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience, particularly in collections, is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to conduct complex account reconciliations with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with web-based workflow solutions is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and verbal/written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
