Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, closely partnering with various business units to facilitate comprehensive recruitment processes for open roles throughout the organization. Furthermore, you will collaborate with business units to provide guidance and support to employees regarding career opportunities and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs by engaging with management across business lines and implementing effective strategies and practices.
- Assess hiring requirements and propose solutions to manage turnover and support growth.
- Develop sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidate pools. Participation in external recruiting events may be required.
- Evaluate candidates against established job criteria and recommend applicants based on a thorough analysis of their skills, including conducting initial phone screenings.
- Collaborate with compensation teams and hiring managers to determine and extend job offers.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of relevant recruitment experience is typically required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
Additional Information:
Location: Hybrid, with a requirement to be in the Kansas City office 50% of the time.
Compensation: The starting salary range for this position is between $63,200 and $86,900, depending on the job level and various factors including the candidate's qualifications and geographic location.
Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
