TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Identifies and attracts candidates through various channels including online searches, networking, referrals, and job postings to fulfill current staffing needs.
Organizes interviews and formulates relevant interview questions.
Ensures that the hiring manager has comprehensive information for making informed hiring choices, including applications, resumes, academic records, references, and more.
Facilitates the transition of internal candidates by coordinating with both current and prospective managers.
Engages in discussions with the hiring manager regarding external market trends, including salary expectations and relocation considerations, to aid in the decision-making process.
Promotes ongoing enhancement initiatives and manages the changes associated with implementing these improvements.This role offers flexibility with the option to work remotely for part of the week while also collaborating at the main office for the remainder.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience required.
Prior experience in recruitment is highly desirable, including managing candidates throughout the hiring process: reviewing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, collecting and documenting feedback from hiring managers, and extending job offers.
