About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at American Express Global Business Travel. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients in the meetings and events industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the meetings and events market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
  • Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships
  • Strong understanding of the meetings and events industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
