At Security USA, Inc., we are a leading security company in the U.S. providing top-notch security services to residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies, and upscale retail in NJ and NY. Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional security solutions that make a difference for our clients.

We currently have immediate openings for fire safety directors at a hotel in Staten Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and addressing fire panel alerts, taking the system offline when necessary
  • Preparing detailed reports, logging entries, and submitting reports through our online system
  • Conducting fire inspections and participating in fire drills
  • Securing the lobby and front desk area, and assisting with other security matters
  • Greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate staff
  • Supervising and guiding other security staff

Qualifications:

  • Valid NY Security Guard License
  • Valid F89, T89 cards or Certificate of Completion
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate simple computer and smartphone systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs
  • Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures
