As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, executing our sales process, and sharing your product knowledge to connect our guests to what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining operational compliance and delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Exude charisma and captivate customers, following our EGET (Every Guest Every Time) process consistently.
  • Turn 'no' into solutions, solving for current and future needs of the guest.
  • Be a passionate guest advocate, connecting with guests authentically and having fun doing it.
  • Maintain effective working relationships, collaborating with peers, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide product and solution recommendations, delivering exceptional guest service to meet their needs.
  • Excel in a competitive landscape, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Drive repeat traffic, fostering excellent guest experience skills and asking for referral business.
Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated all-in pay is $58,000 per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $11.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. We offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.
Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must complete a 2-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
