Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Support Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools
