Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical support issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all support interactions within our call-tracking system.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, as a significant portion of our work involves non-standard software and hardware solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices by attending training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Continuously enhance your business, verbal, and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a help desk, desktop support, or network administration role is required. Candidates should possess hands-on experience with client-side VPNs and Citrix environments.
  • A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is essential.
  • Beneficial certifications include A+, NET+, MCP, MOUS Certification, or HDI's SCA Certification.
