At ODW Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated individual to manage essential customer service operations.
Job Overview:
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to the management of customer inventory, including receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates and tracks shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools to manage customer data and generate required reports.
- Monitors inventory for damages or holds, promptly notifying vendors and collaborating with relevant parties.
- Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and implements improvements.
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies related to customer orders, inventory, and inbound shipments.
- Ensures inventory records in WMS align with customer systems.
- Complies with all regulations regarding import, export, and hazardous materials shipping documentation.
- Maintains appropriate supply levels and initiates orders as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and internet applications.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (AS400) is preferred.
