At ODW Logistics, we are seeking a dedicated individual to manage essential customer service operations.

Job Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to the management of customer inventory, including receiving, storing, maintaining, shipping, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates and tracks shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
  2. Utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools to manage customer data and generate required reports.
  3. Monitors inventory for damages or holds, promptly notifying vendors and collaborating with relevant parties.
  4. Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and implements improvements.
  5. Investigates and resolves discrepancies related to customer orders, inventory, and inbound shipments.
  6. Ensures inventory records in WMS align with customer systems.
  7. Complies with all regulations regarding import, export, and hazardous materials shipping documentation.
  8. Maintains appropriate supply levels and initiates orders as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and internet applications.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (AS400) is preferred.
