Customer Support Specialist

Cott Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve software-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Provide remote customer support via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
- Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Contribute to trend and root cause analysis to improve our support processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software technical support and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office
