Precision Solutions is proud to be working with leading telecommunications providers. We specialize in direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, and customer service. Our partnership with clients has enabled us to contribute to the growth and expansion of telecommunications in the Pacific Northwest area.

We are seeking a Telecommunications Account Specialist to join our Account Sales team. This role offers hands-on training from experienced team members to understand the position's full scope. Once mastery is demonstrated, opportunities for further training and advancement will be available.

A Telecommunications Account Specialist will:

  • Interact with client customers to address questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
  • Adhere to client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, prioritizing the safety of all
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to educate customers
  • Receive training from experienced team members to master the entry-level aspects of the role
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date
  • Collaborate with other Telecommunications Account Specialists to achieve sales goals

Requirements for a Telecommunications Account Specialist:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Economics-related field is a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles
  • A passion for learning and ability to be coached by senior team members
  • A drive for success to exceed minimum expectations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
