Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Account Representative to join our Fleet Services Division team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support via email and phone to both existing and prospective clients. The representative will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales volumes while effectively cross-marketing our diverse range of Jubitz products through proactive service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective communication.
  • Support sales growth by maintaining customer relationships and increasing product awareness.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications with a positive demeanor.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.

Qualifications:
