HAPO Community Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, helping them achieve their financial goals, and promoting our credit union's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Help members understand and navigate our credit union's products and services, including loans, accounts, and other financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with other credit union staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to members.
- Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
- Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays required.
