Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help members understand and navigate our credit union's products and services, including loans, accounts, and other financial solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work closely with other credit union staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to members.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays required.
