About the Role

Riverview Bancorp is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients via phone, email, and in-person, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist clients with account maintenance, including password resets, general inquiries, and completing account transactions.
  • Financial Transactions: Process, record, track, and verify various types of financial transactions, information, and events.
  • Debit Card Support: Provide support for debit card-related inquiries, travel notices, reissues, and limit increases.
  • Statement Balancing: Assist clients in balancing statements, process stop payments, special statements, changes of address, and correct minor problems.
  • Core System Processing: Process transactions on the core system.
  • Digital Wallet Activations: Activate digital wallets and provide customer support.
  • Dispute Resolution: Assist with dispute resolution for customer Reg E dispute claims.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Participate in and complete training objectives, independently complete tasks assigned, follow all Riverview policies and procedures, and provide general administrative and word processing assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; and ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to effectively communicate via phone/video, messaging, and email; use computer and office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, and computer software such as Microsoft Office; and frequently occupy a workstation for long periods of time.
