As a Client Support Team Member, you will collaborate with both clients and customers to elevate brand recognition within the community, ultimately contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with customers to advocate for our clients' brands, products, and services.
  • Clearly articulate product features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries with confidence.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, highlighting areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze client acquisition metrics and KPIs to optimize sales strategies and revenue generation.
  • Adhere to compliance standards set by our clients while maintaining professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Organize and manage sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings with fellow team members to enhance customer service, sales, and leadership capabilities.

Training and Development:
We are dedicated to the success of our Client Support Team Members, providing comprehensive in-house training from our Senior Client Account Management team. This is an entry-level position, and prior experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to enhance existing skills.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts for professional development.
  • Confidence in presenting information to clients, customers, and team members.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle is advantageous.
