Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in our operations. This individual will oversee project direction, ensure timely completion, and manage financial outcomes while fostering relationships with both clients and subcontractors. The Project Manager will also mentor staff and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead MEP design initiatives for new constructions, renovations, and expansions.
  • Ensure project quality and timely delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate schedules with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance to meet quality and budget standards.
  • Facilitate design coordination with external consultants.
  • Guide internal design teams to fulfill client specifications.
  • Provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent standards and execution.
  • Adhere to design processes, including kick-off and design meetings.
  • Identify and address potential challenges affecting project delivery.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and proposal development.
  • Maintain accurate project forecasts and financial projections.
  • Review invoices and manage additional service requests.
  • Encourage communication across various projects and teams.
  • Identify opportunities for business development with existing clients.
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients, owners, and contractors.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction documents and specifications.
  • Professionalism and a sense of urgency in achieving company goals.
  • Collaborative approach with all departments to ensure project success.
  • Effective communication with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to changing tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • 7 years of relevant MEP experience, including 3 years in project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVIT.
  • Knowledge of project management standards and building design principles.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
