About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative III to join our team at Strategic Data Systems. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize various software applications, including CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and track issues.
  • Enter accurate and detailed information into systems and web forms, ensuring all transactions are conducted with precision.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on relevant military programs and applications, providing expert support to customers across the Continental US and abroad.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
Requirements
  • DOD Secret Security Clearance Eligible
  • Four (4) years' experience in customer service and responding to requests for information
  • Contact center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of current CRM systems
  • Ability to quickly gain rapport with customers, identify customer concerns, and leverage documentation and CRM systems to address customer requests
  • Knowledge of printer functions, connectivity, and understanding of basic printer/scanning troubleshooting
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication to communicate effectively with others and explain complex actions taken in regard to customers' service requests
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • The ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
