Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Strategic Data Systems. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to Military Sailors and their families, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries via various communication channels
  • Utilize essential software applications, including CRM systems and internal/external websites
  • Enter supporting information into systems and web forms accurately
  • Receive training on relevant military programs and applications
  • Work towards opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
Requirements:
  • DOD Secret Security Clearance Eligible
  • Four years' experience, or three years with an Associate's degree, or military background a plus
  • Experience in customer service and responding to requests for information
  • Contact center experience preferred
  • Knowledge of current CRM systems
  • Ability to quickly gain rapport with customers, identify customer concerns, and leverage documentation and CRM systems to address customer requests
  • Knowledge of printer functions, connectivity, and basic printer/scanning troubleshooting
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
