Job Title: Customer Experience Associate III

Conduent is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate III to join our team. As a key member of our EPS Call Center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Customer Experience Associate III will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of customer service functions, including receiving inbound calls from debit card cardholders and providing accurate information over the telephone. Under the direction of the department supervisor, you will assist with supervisor calls and callbacks, agent chat assistance, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with inbound calls from cardholders with questions or concerns about their debit card accounts.
  • Assist with supervisor call backs and agent chat assistance.
  • Assist with the call center floor to assist representatives with questions or difficult telephone calls.
  • Answer inquiries regarding general dispute process.
  • Data entry of disputes when necessary.
  • Assist department supervisor and manager in implementation of work assignments.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in call center or customer service.
  • Knowledge of PCs and related software.
  • Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with 10-key calculators with minimal error ratio.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and security fingerprint.
