Department Overview:

Our acclaimed Inside Sales & Retention team plays a pivotal role in shaping customer choices by showcasing the advantages of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves 100% inbound interactions with both new and existing customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively market DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Exhibit resilience and focus, overcoming challenges while maintaining a broader perspective on goals.
  • Manage time efficiently, embrace new learning opportunities, and strive for advancement as a sales contributor.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Record customer details, including demographics and billing information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, actively listening to customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation Details:

The base pay is $20.50 per hour, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Target earnings are projected at $68,000 annually, with the potential for significantly higher income based on performance. High achievers often exceed six figures annually. Additionally, there are opportunities for promotion within your first year, along with corresponding title and pay increases.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Availability to work full-time, on-site.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate scheduled shifts.
  • Possession of a smartphone or device with an active network connection.
