Department Overview:
Our acclaimed Inside Sales & Retention team excels in guiding both current and prospective customers towards informed decisions by showcasing the advantages of DISH’s offerings through a consultative sales method. This role is entirely focused on inbound inquiries from new and existing clients—there is no cold calling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
- Evaluate customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Exhibit resilience and determination in overcoming challenges while maintaining focus on overarching objectives.
- Manage time efficiently, remain open to learning new techniques, and aspire to advance as a sales contributor.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships.
- Accurately document customer details, including demographics and billing information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Compensation:
Base pay of $20.50/hour plus unlimited commission opportunities. Target earnings are approximately $68,000/year, with potential for significantly higher income based on performance. Top achievers can earn well over six figures annually. Additionally, there are opportunities for advancement within your first year, accompanied by corresponding title and pay increases.

Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities.
- Open availability to accommodate scheduled shifts.
- Possession of a smartphone or device with an active network connection.

- Full-time schedule with variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
