Department Overview:

Our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team plays a crucial role in shaping customer decisions by effectively communicating the value of DISH’s offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves handling 100% inbound inquiries from both new and existing customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully market DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Exhibit resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges while focusing on overarching objectives.
  • Manage time efficiently, remain open to learning innovative techniques, and aspire to advance within the sales team.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Accurately document customer details, including demographics and billing information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

What We Offer:

Uncapped Commission Structure with No Cold Calling.

Compensation:

Starting at $20.50/hour base pay, plus uncapped commission. Target earnings are approximately $68,000/year, with the potential for significantly higher income based on performance. Top achievers can earn well over six figures annually. Additionally, there are opportunities for promotion within your first year, accompanied by increased title and hourly pay.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; college graduates preferred.

  • Must be available to work full-time on-site.
  • Open availability to accommodate provided schedules.
  • Possession of a smartphone or device with an active network connection.

  • On-site position.
  • Desk-based role.
  • Full-time schedule with variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to bid on available work schedules based on performance metrics.
