Department Overview:
The Inside Sales & Retention team, recognized for its excellence, plays a crucial role in guiding both current and prospective customers by articulating the benefits of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves handling 100% inbound inquiries from new and existing customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
- Evaluate customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Exhibit resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges while maintaining focus on overarching objectives.
- Manage time efficiently, remain open to learning innovative techniques, and strive for advancement as a sales contributor.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships.
- Record customer details, including demographics and billing information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Compensation Structure:
The position offers a base pay of $20.50 per hour, complemented by uncapped commission opportunities. The target annual compensation is $68,000, with high-performing individuals earning significantly more. Exceptional performers can achieve promotions within their first year, accompanied by title and pay increases.
