Department Overview:

The esteemed Inside Sales & Retention team excels in guiding both current and prospective customers towards informed decisions by showcasing the advantages of DISH’s offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves 100% inbound interactions with existing and potential customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively promote DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Exhibit resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges while maintaining focus on broader objectives.
  • Manage time efficiently, remain open to learning innovative techniques, and strive for advancement as a sales contributor.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Accurately document customer information, including demographics and billing details.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

What We Offer:

Uncapped Commission Structure with No Cold Calling.

At DISH, our Customer Retention Specialists handle solely inbound calls. We equip you with top-tier tools, products, and services to accelerate your career growth, reflecting our commitment to your success.

Compensation:

Base pay of $20.50/hour plus uncapped commission. Target earnings are approximately $68,000/year, with the potential for significantly higher income based on performance. High achievers can earn well over six figures annually. Additionally, there are opportunities for promotions within your first year, accompanied by title and pay increases.
