What You'll Do:

This role, reporting to the VP of Tax and Directors of Family Tax, Business Tax, and International Tax, offers a unique opportunity to lead and optimize tax strategies for a dynamic organization. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure tax efficiency and compliance while directly supervising team members.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on tax-efficient structures, transactions, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide guidance on international tax residency risks and structuring.

• Monitor and analyze tax law changes, proposals, and court decisions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment of tax positions and strategic goals.

• Supervise and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews and professional development planning.

• Drive process improvements to enhance tax-related operations and cross-departmental coordination.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7–9 years of experience, with at least 6 years in public accounting.

• Certification: CPA designation required.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• Proficiency in evaluating complex tax issues and communicating effectively across teams.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Ability to manage risk and optimize organizational tax structures.
