Job Description

The GQR team seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead and manage our client's Workday tenant, ensuring its optimal functionality and alignment with business processes and organizational needs.

This role involves spearheading the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday system to meet organizational requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Workday roadmap in close collaboration with key stakeholders.

A critical aspect of this role is identifying opportunities for process optimization through Workday automation and implementing enhancements to streamline HR and business processes, thereby ensuring heightened efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. They should also demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and proficiency in engaging and persuading stakeholders.

In terms of qualifications, we are seeking a candidate with at least 8 years of hands-on configuration experience across multiple Workday modules and at least 5 years of Workday/HRIS team management experience. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is also required.
