Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at Entegee, a leading provider of custom automation solutions.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated professional to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the engineering and EPC sectors. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving growth through innovative solutions.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with midstream oil & gas and rotating equipment OEMs across the continental US.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in engineering and EPC for midstream oil & gas.
  • Experience in engineering and packaging for rotating equipment OEMs.
  • Existing industry relationships and a proven track record of business development success.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
