Job Title: Direct Marketing Manager

Andersen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Marketing Manager to lead our direct marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of direct marketing associates, providing coaching and motivation to help the team reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of direct marketing associates, providing hands-on coaching and motivation to help the team achieve goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and train direct marketing associates through cost-effective recruiting tools and partner with the Talent Acquisition team when necessary.
  • Oversee all team field activities, including in-field and office training, role-playing, daily meetings, field supervision, and motivating team members.
  • Create and develop the team's culture through personal role-modeling and a focus on company methodology.
  • Monitor and coach each team member in the field to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts, and customer service guidelines.
  • In partnership with marketing leadership, create an annual budget to generate qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including coordination of canvassing logistics, permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, and verifying/validating leads.
  • Provide information to leadership and team members regarding neighborhoods and cities where RbA's products and services can be demonstrated to generate qualified leads and appointments.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical skills.
  • Strategic thinking, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-manage time and budget to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to analyze effectiveness of programs and team members.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day.
  • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Management experience with excellent training and coaching skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work some weekends.
  • Previous door-to-door experience preferred.
Physical Requirements Summary:
  • Ability to walk up to 3 miles per day.
