Channel Marketing Operations and Compliance Manager

The Channel Marketing Operations and Compliance Manager is a key role on the Channel Marketing team, responsible for providing operational leadership and ensuring compliance for Marvin Channel Programs. This position oversees the operational ecosystem, frameworks, policies, documentation, and reporting to ensure programs are running efficiently, effectively, and within compliance of governing guidelines.
This role collaborates cross-functionally with legal, marketing, accounting, finance, and IT stakeholders to safeguard program governance and ensure programs adhere to financial and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Accountable for the operations and compliance of Channel Marketing Programs, including co-op advertising, dealer dedication, and segment-based programs.
- Build, audit, update, publish, and lead all program documentation, including work instructions, policies, internal documentation, and customer-facing materials.
- Own the management and oversight of all tools, data, and reports.
- Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure efficient, effective, and consistent program execution.
- Technology development, performance measurement, and reporting of dealer programs.
- Ensure Salesforce CRM and dealer-facing program portal structure and data fields are aligned to each program for ease of program experience and ability to supervise and report on data.
- Lead all aspects of reporting and dashboard development for internal partners and customers.
- Provide vital information for internal auditing processes and build plans for implementation of vital changes or recommendations.
- Proactively identify and elevate areas of risk and present recommendations for future mitigation.
- Perform regular quality control checks and auditing of programs.
- Provide proactive counsel to marketing leadership on program updates and changes from a people, process, and technology perspective.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role of administration, oversight, and governance of programming with large budgets (over $10MM).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Continuous improvement mentality with a focus on outcomes and personal and professional growth development.
