Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, including:

  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our services
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Entry-Level Sales & Marketing
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
    • Provide support to our sales team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Entry-Level Management Training
    • Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills
    • Assist in the development of training materials and programs
  • Sales and Marketing Presentations
    • Assist in the creation and delivery of sales and marketing presentations
    • Provide support to our sales team in preparing for presentations
  • Face-to-Face Sales and Marketing
    • Assist in the development and implementation of face-to-face sales and marketing strategies
    • Provide support to our sales team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Sales and Marketing Techniques
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing techniques
    • Provide support to our sales team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Training Sales and Marketing Representatives
    • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for sales and marketing representatives
    • Provide support to our sales team in identifying new business opportunities
  • Eclipse California Cross-Training
    • Participate in cross-training programs to develop skills and knowledge
    • Assist in the development of training materials and programs

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Maintain a High Level of Professionalism & Integrity
    • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with Public Speaking
    • Experience with public speaking for presenting to groups is a plus
  • 4-Year Degree Preferred, Not Required

  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service
    • Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated Leadership Ability
