We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing efforts and support our initiatives.

What is the opportunity?

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting the marketing team to drive engagement and sales through effective project management and timely execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, social media presence, public relations efforts, and event planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive project management support with a positive and collaborative approach.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Review all content for accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Follow internal procedures for project management and execution.
  • Offer insights based on community feedback and marketing analytics.
  • Assist in researching new marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain the Digital Asset Management system.
  • Participate in events and represent the organization as needed.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Take initiative and embrace additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:

Does this describe you?

Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry.
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative team player.
